1. How can I book a tour?

You can book directly through our website, send us a message on Facebook or WhatsApp, or contact us by email. We’ll confirm your booking and send you the driver or guide’s details.


2. How do I pay for the tour?

You can pay in cash (USD or Khmer Riel) at the start or end of the tour. For private bookings, we also accept online payments or deposits upon demand.


3. Can I change my tour?

Yes! All of our tuk-tuk and car tours can be customized. You can choose which attractions to visit, how long to stay, and what time to start.


4. What’s included in the tour price?

Most tours include transportation, English-speaking driver-guide, and return pickup/drop-off. Entrance fees, food, and drinks are not usually included unless stated.


5. Do you offer pick-up and drop-off?

Yes, we offer free pickup and drop-off within Battambang city. For hotels or guesthouses outside the city, a small extra charge may apply.


6. What is the best time to visit Battambang?

The best time is from November to March, when the weather is cool and dry. The countryside is green and perfect for photos.


7. What should I bring on a countryside tour?

Bring sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, insect repellent, and comfortable shoes. Don’t forget your camera or phone for photos!


8. Is the Bamboo Train included in the tour?

Yes, we can include the Original Bamboo Train in your tour. The entrance fee is $5 per person, or you can book through our service for a full package including transport.


9. Is it safe to travel around Battambang?

Yes, Battambang is a safe and friendly city. Our drivers are experienced and know all the local routes.


10. What if it rains during my tour?

We still run during light rain. For heavy rain or flooding, we will reschedule your tour or offer a full refund.


11. Do you offer group or family discounts?

Yes! Groups of 4 or more get discounted rates. Contact us for details on special family or group packages.


12. Do you speak English or other languages?

Yes, our guides and drivers speak English. Some also speak French and a little Thai.
