Welcome to Battambang Tour. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking or using our services. By confirming a booking with us, you agree to the subsequent terms.

1. Booking and Confirmation

  • Bookings can be made through our website, email, or messaging apps.
  • A booking is confirmed once you get written confirmation from us.
  • We need a small deposit for private or customized tours.

2. Payment

  • Payment can be made in cash (USD or Khmer Riel) directly to your driver or guide.
  • Online or advance payments are available upon demand.
  • All prices are quoted per person unless stated otherwise.
  • Entrance fees to attractions are not included unless clearly mentioned.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • If you cancel more than 24 hours before your tour, there is no cancellation fee.
  • If you cancel within 24 hours of your tour, we may charge up to 50% of the total price.
  • No refund for “no-show” customers.
  • If the tour is canceled by Battambang Tour (e.g., weather, road conditions), you may choose to reschedule or get a full refund.

4. Weather and Delays

  • Tours may be affected by weather or local road conditions.
  • We reserve the right to delay, change, or cancel tours for safety reasons.
  • In such cases, we will offer different arrangements when possible.

5. Safety and Liability

  • Customers are responsible for their own safety and personal belongings during the tour.
  • Please follow your driver or guide’s instructions at all times.
  • Battambang Tour is not responsible for loss, damage, injury, or accidents beyond our control.

6. Insurance

  • We recommend all travelers have personal travel insurance covering medical care and personal liability.
  • Our drivers and vehicles are covered by basic local insurance as required by law.

7. Changes to Itineraries

  • We will adjust tour routes or schedules due to traffic, local events, or safety reasons.
  • Any major change will be discussed with you before or during the tour.

8. Conduct

  • Respect local customs, religion, and the environment during all tours.
  • Battambang Tour reserves the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately or endangering others.

9. Privacy

  • We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during booking will only be used for tour arrangements and communication purposes.
