To guarantee a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our guests, please read our tour policy carefully before booking.

1. Booking & Confirmation

  • Bookings can be made directly through our website, email, or social media channels.
  • Advance booking is recommended, especially during weekends and holidays.
  • Once confirmed, you will get a booking reference and contact details for your driver or guide.

2. Payment Policy

  • Payment can be made in cash (USD or KHR) at the start or end of the tour.
  • Online payment is available for advance bookings (contact us for details).
  • Prices listed are per person unless stated otherwise.
  • Tips for drivers and guides are optional but appreciated.

3. Cancellation & Refund

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled tour.
  • 50% charge for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour.
  • No refund for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
  • If the tour is canceled by us (e.g., weather, vehicle issues), you will get a full refund or the choice to reschedule.

4. Tour Operation

  • All tours are operated by licensed local drivers and guides.
  • Tour duration vary slightly depending on weather, traffic, and local conditions.
  • Some attractions charge entrance fees not included in the tour price (we will inform you in advance).
  • Private tours can be customized according to your interests and time.

5. Safety & Responsibility

  • Passengers must wear seatbelts or follow driver safety instructions at all times.
  • Battambang Tour is not responsible for lost personal belongings.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or behaving disrespectfully.
  • Travel insurance is not included – we recommend having your own coverage.

6. Weather & Seasonal Notes

  • Tours run year-round, but outdoor activities can be affected by rainy season conditions (–October).
  • During the dry season (November–April), countryside tours and Bamboo Train rides are highly recommended.
