Bamboo Train (Norry) Ride – Battambang
The Bamboo Train, locally known as Norry, is one of Battambang’s most unique and fun experiences. It was once used as a local means of transport. Today, it has become a popular attraction for both Cambodian families and international travelers. You’ll ride on a small bamboo platform with wheels. It is powered by a simple engine. You’ll glide through the beautiful countryside, rice paddies, and rural villages.
Ticket Prices at the Station
- $5 per person (direct payment at the station)
- Each Bamboo Train carries 4–6 people, but you still pay per person, not per cart.
- Transport from the city is not included. Travelers must arrange their own tuk-tuk or taxi.
